Experienced in working with sensitive and confidential information. We understand how to maintain your security and privacy.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and certain audio transcription programs, and are always willing and able to acquire knowledge of new software.
Typists and scribes with above-average speeds, but who never rest on their laurels. We constantly study our craft and challenge ourselves to become better; better in speed (wpm) and accuracy.
Communicative and responsive. Whether face-to-face conversations, telephone calls, email, or even (SMS) text, building relationships requires communication.
Excellence-pursuant in what we do: writing, editing, proofreading, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
